AI Workflow Design is a US-based agency. We design, build, and run voice and workflow agents for businesses that live on the phone: dental practices, property managers, dispensaries, and field-service crews.
It started with a monday.com board and a lot of missed calls.
Our first product, Autoza AI, came out of a field-service client who needed to know every morning who was on site and who was not. A spreadsheet and a group chat were not cutting it. We built an agent that phoned the crew, wrote the answers back to monday.com, and emailed the dispatcher when someone was late.
That one workflow turned into a product, and the same pattern turned into a practice: find the phone call or status update a business repeats every day, then build an agent that handles it end to end and writes the result into the system the team already uses.
