Because you are trying to decide whether to book a call, and “it depends” wastes both our time. The starting prices are real. Your quote confirms the exact number after a scoping call.
Do product prices include the voice minutes?
Daily Check-in Agent: yes, calls are included. AI Receptionist and Autoza: voice minutes are passed through at cost (about $0.07 to $0.10 per minute) because inbound volume varies so much. We never mark them up.
Is there a setup fee?
Not for products; setup is included. Autoza has an optional $1,500 done-for-you setup if you want us to configure it rather than doing it yourself in the marketplace.
Can I try before committing?
Autoza: 100 free calls, no card. Receptionist and Check-in Agent: a two-week paid pilot, refunded if you do not continue. Services: the discovery workshop is free.
Do I need a retainer?
No. Every build ships with 30 days of included tuning. Most clients running a customer-facing agent choose Monitor after that; internal tools often need nothing.
What payment terms do you offer?
Products bill monthly by card, or through monday.com for Autoza. Services are 50% to start, 50% on handover. Retainers bill monthly in advance. Annual prepay on any of them is 10% off.
