Daily Check-in Agent
Daily status from your whole team, collected by phone, logged wherever you work.
The Check-in Agent calls field staff, contractors, or remote teams on a schedule you set, asks three to five plain-English questions, and writes the answers to Google Sheets, ClickUp, Asana, monday.com, or a Slack channel. Managers get one summary email a morning instead of twenty missed calls.
Three calls, your schedule
Pick the check-ins that matter
Start-of-day
“Are you on site? What is the plan today? Anything blocking you?” Confirms attendance and surfaces problems before 8am.
Status update
Midday or ad hoc. “Where are you on the Henderson job? Need parts? ETA?” Answers land in the task, not a chat thread.
End-of-day
“What got done? Hours worked? Anything for tomorrow?” A clean daily log per person, without a timesheet app.
Tool-agnostic
Works with the tracker you already have
Autoza is our monday.com-native version. The Check-in Agent is for everyone else: it does not care where your work lives.
Google Sheets
One row per call: person, time, answers, AI summary, flags. Pivot it however you like.
ClickUp and Asana
Posts the update as a comment on the person’s active task and moves status when they say a job is done.
Slack or Teams
A per-team channel gets each summary as it lands, plus the 7:30am digest for managers.
No tool at all
Plenty of teams run on a phone and a whiteboard. You get a daily email and a searchable web log. That is enough.
Already on monday.com? Use Autoza AI instead: same calls, native board integration, installs from the marketplace with 100 free calls.
What managers get
Fewer calls, better information
No-show and late flags
Anyone who does not answer two retries is flagged, and the manager gets an SMS before the customer notices.
One morning digest
Who is where, who is blocked, who did not pick up. One email, 7:30am, sorted by urgency.
Searchable history
Every call transcribed and summarised. “What did Marcus say about the Oak Street job last Tuesday?” takes ten seconds.
Spanish and English
The agent switches language per person. Your crew answers in the language they think in.
Pricing
Flat monthly fee, calls included
No per-minute charges. Pick a tier by team size; overage is $2 per person per month, nothing else.

Frequently asked questions
Will my crew actually answer an AI call?
Yes, once they know it is coming. It calls from the same number every day, says who it is, and takes under 90 seconds. Answer rates in pilots run above 90% by week two.
What if someone does not pick up?
It retries on the delay you set, then flags the person and notifies the manager. The manager can trigger a manual call from the log.
Can I change the questions?
Any time, per role, from a simple settings page. Changes apply to the next scheduled call.
Does it work with our custom system?
If it has an API or accepts email, yes. Custom integrations are included on the Company tier and quoted separately on Team and Crew.
How is this different from Autoza?
Same engine. Autoza lives inside monday.com and installs from the marketplace with a free trial. The Check-in Agent is for teams on other tools, or none.
Try it with your team for two weeks
We set it up, your crew gets a heads-up text, and the first calls go out the next morning. Refunded if you do not keep it.
