Ten working days
1. Day 1: Map
Half a day with the people who do the work today. We draw the flow and pick the version to automate.
2. Days 2 to 6: Build
Connect the systems, build the steps, add the AI where it earns its place. Demo on day 6.
3. Days 7 to 9: Harden
Run it on real data alongside the manual process. Fix mismatches, add alerts, write the runbook.
4. Day 10: Switch over
Turn off the manual process. Two weeks of monitoring begins.

What if it breaks after the two weeks?
Everything ships with alerts, so you know first. Fixes are covered by the retainer or billed at $175/hr with your approval.
Can you automate something without AI?
Yes, and often we should. We only add a model where a human used to make a judgment call. Everything else is plain, reliable automation.
