AI Receptionist

Every call answered. Every appointment booked. Even at 7pm on a Friday.

An AI receptionist on your existing number that answers in two rings, books into your calendar or practice system, takes messages, and transfers to a human when it should. Live in under a week.

Try it yourself

That is our own receptionist. Ask it to book a demo, ask about pricing, or try to confuse it. It will hand off to a human if it gets stuck, which is exactly what yours will do.

What it does

A receptionist that never puts anyone on hold

Answers 24/7

Two rings, every time, including lunch, evenings, weekends, and the day half the front desk is out sick.

Books appointments

Checks real availability and books into Google Calendar, Dentrix, Open Dental, AppFolio, or your scheduling tool. Sends a confirmation text.

Answers common questions

Hours, location, insurance accepted, pricing, parking. You give it the answers once; it stops your team repeating them 40 times a day.

Transfers when it should

Emergencies, upset callers, anything outside its brief: it warm-transfers to a person you choose, with a summary of the call so far.

Takes messages properly

Name, number, reason, urgency, captured and sent to the right inbox or Slack channel, not a voicemail nobody checks.

Logs every call

Transcript, AI summary, outcome, and recording where you enable it. Filter by day, caller, or result.

Speaks your language

English and Spanish out of the box. It uses your practice or property names, your tone, and your rules.

Keeps your number

Forward your existing line, port it, or add a new local or toll-free number. Callers notice nothing except that someone picks up.

Industry packs

Pre-built scripts and integrations for your industry

Each pack ships with the questions, escalation rules, and system connections your industry needs. You tune the details; you do not start from a blank page.

Dental specialty

New-patient intake, insurance questions, recall booking, emergency triage to the on-call doctor. Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental.

Property management

Maintenance requests triaged by urgency, leasing enquiries booked to showings, after-hours emergencies to the on-call tech. AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi.

Cannabis dispensaries

Hours, menu and stock questions, pickup order status, age and ID reminders, compliance-safe wording. Dutchie, Flowhub, BioTrack.

Field services

Job booking with travel-time windows, ETA questions, reschedules, and dispatch alerts. monday.com, Google Calendar, FieldNation.

Setup

Live in under a week

Day 1: 30-minute call

We learn your hours, services, booking rules, and who gets which transfers.

Days 2 to 3: build

We configure the industry pack, connect your calendar or system, and record your greetings.

Day 4: listen

You call it, your team calls it, we tune it from the transcripts until it sounds like you.

Day 5: forward the line

Start with after-hours only if you like, then overflow, then everything. You control the forwarding.

Pricing

Flat monthly fee, minutes at cost

Voice minutes are passed through at about $0.07 to $0.10 per minute with no markup. A typical 3-minute booking call costs about $0.25.

Two-week pilot on any tier. We forward after-hours calls first. If you do not continue, the pilot fee is refunded. Setup is included; porting a number adds $49 one-time. Prices are introductory and will be confirmed on your quote.

Frequently asked questions

Will callers know it is AI?

It introduces itself as your practice or company’s virtual receptionist. Most callers do not ask; those who do get a straight answer and an offer to reach a person.

What happens with emergencies?

You define the trigger words and rules. A dental emergency or a burst pipe goes straight to a warm transfer or an SMS to the on-call person, with the transcript attached.

Can it book into our system, not just a calendar?

Yes for Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, AppFolio, Buildium, Dutchie, and Google or Outlook calendars. Anything with an API is a short custom integration.

What about HIPAA and call recording?

Recording is off by default and announced when on. Transcripts are stored encrypted in the US. We sign a BAA for dental and medical clients on the Business tier and up.

What does it cost per call?

Only the voice minutes, at $0.07 to $0.10 per minute with no markup. Included call allowances on each tier cover typical volume; overage is billed at the same per-minute rate.

Can we start small?

Yes. Most clients forward after-hours calls only for the first two weeks, then overflow, then the main line once they trust it.
